In a Documentary ‘the minimalist’ Directed by ‘Matt D’Avella’ he explains that being a minimalist isn’t about having the cleanest setups or the best setups, rather its more of living with the minimum required things, that doesn’t mean that you shouldn't have anything with you but, only those things that you actually require For Example: if a new iPhone is Out , most likely you will upgrade to it or think of an upgrade to it even when you know its not a necessity, you know your phone can last 2–3 years more , than why buy a new one , this is something every one faces its like a dilemma Large Organisations and society have created, that if you dont have the latest , your life is gonna be outdated, or you wont look ‘cool’.

the point here is phone and other things that humans rely on are just tools , that we as humans should use to make out day-to-day tasks easy , but in the past decade it quiet the opposite we have become the tools and the tools are deciding how we should function, they have took over our lives, now we are the plane and they have become our pilots.

just like the phone, their are many other stuff that we think we need but we dont really need it , and if you ever feel like you need something use the ‘9-Days Rule’ that is if you really think you need something dont just go and buy it wait for the next 9 Days and think let your mind process and if after 9 days you still feel you need it then you can buy it.
